Our Signature Offering-Intentional Leadership, is a powerful 6-session cohort experience, rooted in the ideologies of the book, Unpacking AGAPE: The 7 Languages of Intentional Leadership, authored by our founder and Chief Training Officer, Dawn Marie Morris. Intentional Leadership is designed for new and emerging leaders who are ready to evolve beyond managing tasks and step confidently into leading people and vision. Many leaders begin their journey focused on execution—checking boxes, solving problems, and staying busy. This program helps participants shift from *doing the work* to *developing the people who do the work*. Through practical tools, guided reflection, and peer learning, leaders learn how to unite their teams around a clear mission, communicate purpose with confidence, and inspire ownership at every level. Participants strengthen their ability to delegate effectively—moving from constant direction to consistent follow-through—while gaining proven strategies to manage their time with intention. A key focus is creating and protecting “white space,” an often-overlooked discipline for new leaders that enables clearer thinking, better decision-making, and reduced burnout. The cohort also equips leaders with strategies to mitigate conflict in healthy, productive ways—transforming tension into trust and alignment. By the end of the six sessions, participants leave with sharper leadership presence, stronger teams, and a clear framework for leading with intention, clarity, and impact.
